Giving myself permission to chill tonight. It has been a stressful week though much improved by exercising. That has increased my energy dramatically. The body hurts from the new exercise, my ankes are really sore so it's a night off. A couple glasses of wine--my weekly calorie is low so have room for a splurge. Crashed on the couch with a Rick Bayless cookbook [I read cookbooks like some people read novels) I checked it out at the library--I want this book for my own. Also want the Matt Bittman How to cook everything vegetarian. Just what I need is more cook books I probably have well over 200.
