This is spinach and chorizo omelette. The omelette looks that colour because I fried off the chorizo first then cooked the omelette in the paprika fat it gave off. 329 cals for an 800 day lunch.

Looks amazing janus. I do a lot Michael Mosley recipes from his blood sugar diet books...can't beat them and so tasty 😋

That’s good to know, Pebble, thanks. I bore myself sometimes with the same ingredients! And I do find the principles of Michael Mosley’s diets leave me feeling pretty sated and energetic.

Yes me too janus. I really like a lot of his recipes. I think you're amazing as I tried the Fasting 800 last year...I managed 3 weeks and then demolished 2/3rds of a cherry and oat pave from the bakery at Sainsbury's 🤣! In that moment I realised I need carbs in my life 😫. So hats off to you for being disciplined enough to be doing it 👏👏👏

Haha Pebble! Yes I do need the carbs too. I did two really disciplined fast start weeks but now only do 2 or 3 800 days a week and can have carbs on other days. I always work out now on fast days which means I had more carbs the previous day and it makes a huge difference. I’m just trying to stay off too much bread/potatoes/white rice as it does knock my blood sugars off and make me both hungrier and sleepier!
