Good day. Felt good but was so dead asleep I overslept by 30 min. Managed 15 min walking before work. Re-joined the fitness center @ the community center. The new circut training room is great--13 stations The cardio room has been re-done as well but didn't get in there today. Spent 45 min doing the machines. $20.00 a year is definately a bargin! Only time sitting this evening was to eat dinner. Not much time to get much done with the overtime we are working--
