Hi OhioAngel, it’s a HelloFresh recipe. I subscribe to the Vegetarian option. The garbanzo beans, cut carrots, little tomatoes, and sliced red onion was roasted for 25 minutes with olive oil, a teaspoon and a half of curry powder and seasoned with salt and pepper. Then, I sautéed a minced garlic clove in olive oil; added the basmati rice with some vegetable bouillon and water and cooked it. Hopefully, this helps. It’s actually called “Curry spiced chickpea bowls” Maybe, it’s online?
