Having some delicious butternut squash soup WITHOUT crackers for lunch. Just a dollop of sour cream. I am feeling motivated again to renew healthy habits. I walked my 1.4 miles this morning in a chilly autumn breeze. It was hard to force myself to do it at first, but great after I got going. I can do this.
88.8 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 20.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.9 kg a Week
