Having some delicious butternut squash soup WITHOUT crackers for lunch. Just a dollop of sour cream. I am feeling motivated again to renew healthy habits. I walked my 1.4 miles this morning in a chilly autumn breeze. It was hard to force myself to do it at first, but great after I got going. I can do this.
