Has anyone had hair loss/thinning with weight loss? This is happening to me and my research says that it often comes with aggressive weight loss. The research also says that hair will come back when weight loss stabilizes. I would love to hear from anyone with this experience. It's causing me A LOT of stress - which is probably contributing to the problem!

Maybe a factor is a lack of protein or vitamins?

Lill, could be a factor. I average about 100g of protein per day - I try to do more. And I started adding Biotin to my vitamin regimen a couple of months ago because I read Biotin could help.
