IamMadeline4's Journal, 05 Nov 13

Well the ticker has an abnormal beat. I prefer to think of it as rhythm. Yes, yes, I have much rhythm in my hips and more than the average Joe in my heart. I will have a good laugh now. It was a little scary to hear at first. I had to do some extra testing because of it and now I am anxiously await for the final results. The technician was impressed with how quickly I recovered after stress testing and stated that it was proof of why all people should exercise. (Bonus: was weighing less on the doctor’s scale while being fully dressed then I weighed naked on my scale.)

I was so happy that I was able to stay on course with my calorie count today. I did not plan to be at the doctor's for half the day but I knew I could be out pass lunch. So I grabbed one of those little cereal baggies I packed the other day. I was so proud of myself when I stopped at McDonald’s, after leaving the Cardiologist, when I order that little half pint of milk.
