I had a great weekend, but it was busy. Unfortunately, I got no exercise and ate horribly. Today it's back on track. I bought myself a new outfit for my Mom & Dad's "re-wedding" in December, so my goal between now and then is to lose the 2 lbs I've gained (if I can do more that would be great), then maintain until after the holidays. We'll see, the goodies have been calling to me and having people take me out for pie and ice cream hasn't helped. We also ate out a couple of times over the weekend and that's never good.

Like I said back on track today, I'm going to watch what I eat and get a workout in after work today. I'm going to try to workout Mon-Fri this week, because we're out of town over the weekend (again). I've only been getting 1 or 2 days in a week, so if I can get 4 days of exercise this week I'll be happy.
