Hunger no longer controls my urge to consume. Instead it's my body performing to rid itself of useless fat. I control hunger, I control my body!

Love that! Is it your mantra? I want to get to this stage for sure. Hard this morning since I fell asleep early and woke up with hunger pangs! I have been completely inactive forever so the ramping up of being a bit more active left me exhausted last night and I fell asleep early. Unfortunately... before I had my dinner - good grief! I am having your meatballs and egg this morning :)

Yes! I woke up this morning feeling hungry and felt an overwhelming satisfaction. I didn't need to eat. My body is doing exactly what it should be doing - burning fat. Quite a revelation and feeling of contentment.
