Couch sleeping doesn't work well, so I'm very sleepy this afternoon. House cleaning, laundry today. Cut asparagus. Working on research for a book I plan to write. Just a miscellaneous day. Lunch was an egg, cheese, and tomato sandwich on romaine lettuce instead of bread. Making up for my granddaughter's delicious cookie I ate with breakfast -- it left me craving more sweets so I compromised with a fat bomb for lunch.
