Question for you all: 42 year old female, desk job, gets about 10,000 steps a day .
How many calories should I eat to lose weight? I have followed all sorts of calculators and I am gaining.
I am wondering if it has to do with being a middle aged woman. Curious to hear what other women are doing? I am on my last 10 lbs, will be happy with 5 lbs. Just need to tone up and stop the upward trend.
Thank you for any help. I am 5 7 or 5 8 btw.
