Went from 292.2 back to 306.2. I got depressed and the rec center closed where I did my water aerobics. Due to Covid. So that didn’t help. I have trouble doing most exercise because of Lupus. It has ravaged my joints over the last few years. I had a full knee replacement two years ago and last year I was supposed to get the other one done. It’s bone on bone and very painful to walk for exercise. I hate to sound like I am full of excuses. Fact is the doctors have told me I can only safely do low-impact exercise. We saved enough for a recumbent bike which I am very excited about. It will arrive in about 3 weeks. Then I scan get in some cardiac and calorie burning. I’ve decided to come back to FS in the meantime and return to intermittent fasting. Can’t give up. It only makes me more depressed. Pray for me as I will for you on your respective journeys.
