Well I feel fat lately... ugh.
Yesterday I ate more than normal, but recorded it all.
Today I'm doing good, but I've been sitting at a desk working ALL WEEKEND. I spent time playing with the dog and chickens... but mostly desk work. Ugh.
I need to get a bunch of this stuff done by tomorrow and then hopefully I'll get to working out again. I want to work out tonight but I know I should be working... ugh. Guilt.
FAT. Feeling fat. Don't want to weigh myself...
