Lowering my calories by 100, since I'm still nursing and don't want to affect my supply to much but I also actually want to lose weight not just maintain 😅. le sigh.
94.3 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
