Thank you newnamewhodis, they are fermented vegetables. We got into fermenting about 8 years ago and we have made kombucha, kimchi, kefir, then fermented vegetables of all kinds. Once we started on the vegetables we put them on everything. Make them hot and spicy with peppers and put them on eggs, sandwiches or anything that you want to have a relishi on. They are full of probiotics and very healthy.

Thank you newnamewhodis, I am 2 weeks out from surgery I'm feeling much better and getting stronger. I still can't walk because I don't have balance, but my husband puts me on a walker and pushes me around in the house. He takes total care of me as my caregiver. He's a wonderful man. Thank you so much for your well wishes, thoughts and prayers. You are a very kind and thoughtful person
