This morning I tried to change my routine. Instead of doing my 5+mile AM walk, I attempted a 10 minute “beginner’s” full body workout from a fitness influencer I follow on social media. I watched the video yesterday to get familiar with routine. Takeaways: 1. It took me 25 minutes to finish the 10 minute routine .🤪 2. My form was terrible. I actually went back and redid some of the exercises. 3. I am not well coordinated and lose balance easily. 4. I was so out of breathe I had to pause the video 3 times. 5. I collapsed on the floor when I was done. 6. I am going to the routine again and again until I get. 7. I will improve my form, my balance, and coordination.
