Two days in a row of 1-hour walk; 4 Km each.
It feels great! Best part when I get on the scale and get that "false" reading post dehydration. Could you believe that I sweat off 1.1 Kg!!!

I can even tolerate nagging "you know who" (Clarification omitted intentionally).
