I will be staying in a chalet and away from my scale for a week, which is just fine.
I gave in to cravings and had two pear ciders and large slices of keto pizza with extra cheese.
I was not hungry at all, just craved one drink, and then....
I am not going to say zero drinks or pizza because that will not work for me BUT I am documenting that I feel like crap physically bloated and headache. I wish I had had water and something more nutritious.
