I'm feeling really good. The last few days I haven't ate any fast food, and I only had 1 coke this week. I started walking the dogs again too, and that felt awesome. I've made a point to walk to some places that aren't to far away that I would normally drive to, so I'm sure that's helping too. Today I started recording my food...sticking with that is probably going to be my biggest challenge.
