Scale victory - I'm down a few ounces - which doesn't seem like a lot but I've been bouncing the same 4 lbs for over a month.

NSV - I borrowed an outfit from my very thin daughter and her very thin partner because of all my "formal business" stuff is too big. And it not only fit, it looked good on me.

I'm down another inch and half in my waist so that's now 25 inches. I'm wearing and dropping out of a size 4. I've pretty much had to do an entire wardrobe upgrade because nothing fits which is good because for a long time I was wearing things that just covered my body. And now, I'm wearing things that I like and that are cute.
(BTW, I hate Victoria Secret and I hate vanity sizing.)

My MiL keeps telling me that I've lost "too much" and I need to put weight back on. Totes okay with that though.

And most importantly, I only have 11 more days to be done with August.
Bring on Autumn!
