I’m so tired from dance camp these days 😢
I have 3 bruised toes right now, and it hurting so bad to go on pointe shoes. I’ve been soaking them in warm water, but does anyone know how to make them heal faster? I’m afraid I’ll injure myself more tomorrow

Corn plasters might cushion your toes a bit but then maybe your dance shoes would be too tight. They work really well on small blisters too. You can find them in the footcare section in Shoppers.

Okay thanks! I’ve also just tried Second Skin, which works WONDERS. Any dancers on pointe should definitely give it a try.
