Thankyou! I can't believe that 2 years ago that measurement was over 30 inches. I can feel the difference, no more under bra fat rolls to make me feel uncomfortable too!
My only conceen now is how do i know when best to stop. Im happy at this weight but still can see areas i would like to improve but unsure if its my body dismorphia kicking in.

I don’t think you need to lose another lb personally 😊 but if there are parts you’re unhappy with you could focus on toning them?

If you feel you look right you probably are I personally feel I need to lose a little loose skin around my waist and still some chest fat to lose but I’m at the visual stage and I think you are too
So if you’re happy with how you look it’s time to start maintaining

Thanks m'lovelies☺☺. I should try to remember advice I give to others about the brain not keeping up with the reality. I still see a fatter stomach.
But you are right, maintain and tone is the new challenge.
