End of the month approaches quickly. Harvest smells are in the air. It has been easier to choose salad over heavy meals. But I still crave sugar in the mornings. The shakes help, and my son is my biggest fan. Since we share it gives me the motivation I need to get it made sooner then later. Halloween is upon us, so I am frantically searching for healthier substitutes for up and coming tricks and treats. Let the Will power begin, it's time to get down to business and apply some serious self discipline. And check in again soon! The time to reflect is good for you!
