Fasting blood sugar 143; weight 175.5; blood pressure 130/64
Plan for the day: IF/keto/ walk 1.2 miles/garden
I weeded iris bed for 2 hours before breakfast. Grandson was here, brought me a sausage biscuit. I gave it to hubby. Grandson helped hubby load and haul off brush
from fence line. He helped me by loading weeds from flower bed into wheelbarrow
and then did a favor for me by eating a chocolate mint bar that has been tempting me for two weeks! It's so good to have that gone!
Only walked half mile this evening, but did add arm exercises with dumbbells while watching TV, working on those flabby underarms. Reading Ketogenic Diet and Intermittent Fasting by Will Ramos. Has everything in it, theory, tips, menus, recipes, etc. I recommend it if you need Keto help.
Bedtime glucose: 86; blood pressure 140/78 Decided I better eat some peanut butter and avoid hypoglycemia overnight.
