@ivy mint: I'll see what I can do as the wife made it. It's really a classic sponge (2 layers), soaked with brandy/kaluha spiked coffee, stuffed with fresh peaches, whipped cream, cinnamon, topped with whipped cream, dusted with cinnamon and shaved dark chocolate
