Avg last week was 143.5. That is 0.2 lbs in the wrong direction. I am hoping it was hormonal. Day 8 of 1000 skips a day is completed (as of yesterday). Goals for this week:
skip every day
run x3
weights x2
Calories 1300 avg. NO alcohol!!!!
My hope for next Monday is to be in the low 142 somethings.
