Its late and i want to skip exercise but feel very guilty. Losing plenty of weight. Just would like to relax and have a glass of red wine...but i feel like that could just turn into every night. I have the calories to spare...maybe i should just do yoga. Or i could get up early tomorrow and exercise. What to do what to do. Maybe i could just treat myself this once.
