Always the night snacking... It's so HARD to break a habit. Not hunger or anything, just the habit and the craving of "oh, I just had dinner an hr ago, I'd really like to have some *insert shitty useless food here*"
Anyway... I'm not claiming victory, but since Sunday I haven't been giving into that craving...
