I’m only weighing in every other day. (I’m an anxious person and want to do it every day even when I know a day to day difference may not be so noticeable.) haha. So imma stick to every other day. I can’t wait to get home and pop on that scale. I hope i have packed on something even if it’s 2 ozs lol. To me that’s everything. Especially when u have been this tiny your whole life. I’ve been sticking to my plan on day 5 and still here. Eating three meals a day ( something I’ve never actually done). I HAVE DROPPED ONE ENERGY DRINK AND REPLACED THAT WITH WATER 😳. No headach yet but waiting for it. 15 push ups a day. 30 sit ups and will be adding to that on Friday! Also have added 3 oz of pickle juice to each meal as well. I’ve seen a noticeable difference in being able to sleep some what better. And not as thirsty through out the day so that’s another plus! “Every day I do is a day done “ -Lindsey 🥰

What kind of work outside are you doing to gain and are you taking any supplements?

Cory no I’m not taking anything. And I probably will not be until advised to do so by my doctor. I have had a series of health issues and am already on other medication. Some supplements can “medically cancel” what I take. I’ve talked to my doctor and he’s advised me to continue with how I’m doing and add juices and water as well as other things for b12 b6 vitC and A. Iron calcium and so on.
