7am I’m Starting breakfast off strong insane to think there’s 1700 calories in just this alone.I’m adding 5 push-ups and 10 sit ups to the after part of each meal. Then Small lunch snack and then a big dinner. I’m shooting for day2 of hitting that 2800

Yes 2800 a day that is the calories I need to take in to begin to gain weight. You read it right 😊
