On June 6 I was 222.6. Today I am 223.6. I stayed on the diet 100%. It has been 11 days since June 6..It is a little demoralizing. Is it a plateau? Such a long plateau? I am bloated. I feel it in my hands too. Why? NONONO you forgot to subtract clothing. You are the same 222.6 :-)
