I cant believe its only been a month since i started working out and counting calories and ive already lost 12 pounds. im really proud of myself for sticking to losing weight. i already have way more confidence just from 12 lb weight loss. Only 9 more lbs until on bmi chart in considered overweight and not obese.
80.7 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
