I forgot to notate the other day that i can actually fit into all 5 pair of my favorite size 8 Gap jeans now...that is cray cray! Literally can pull them up, button, and zip! Cray, cray LOL! Just *needed* to journal that fact. I'm just saying! :D
(Update: Going to change my jean size goal to size 6 since I've not even reached my weightloss goal and my body can get into my original goal of size 8 jean.)
Totally unrelated to weightloss, but bc I'm trying to do more things naturally I feel like that in a way is connected to everything else. Idk lol! Anyway, started Oil Pulling about a couple weeks ago and I seriously believe my teeth are healthier today. AND they are whiter! I mean they are seriously whiter...and my teeth were already pretty white to begin with so that's saying something. Also, my sleep has been deeper...idk but I think it's due to Oil Pulling too. Interesting what organic oil can do. Also, for 2 weeks have been using the Oil Cleansing Method on my face and I am hooked. Won't ever use a cleanser again. My skin looks freaking amazeballs. Period. Going to research after work later what other natural methods I can start using to make more natural lifestyle changes. :D
