I think I need to stop reading Monday journals....but I probably won't.

LOL - I know what you mean. And I feel saddened that my "Monday Journal" contributed to the sea of "Uggh, I blew it yesterday" entries. My first one... (and sure won't be my last...)

Evie, I wrote in Laurie's (Laupug's) journal that it's normally bad on any Monday but today seems exceptionally bad., and not all of it came from Halloween! Most of the time, I can be supportive, but it's just getting to me today and I may decide to skip Mondays until after New Year's! But it is what it is....we all take missteps on this journey....there is no perfect path.

Sandy please keep your chin up. I know it can be discouraging, but they really need our help. I'm glad that my journal wasn't depressing to you. I do really try. Hope you had a good day though.:)

Thanks, Laurie...No, your journal is never depressing, no matter what's happening!! And you do more than try, you succeed. I know that the good thing about FS is that everyone can come and bare their souls about their journeys and get the support they need, no matter what has happened on the journey. And that's a good thing. But today, for some reason, entry after entry seemed to be about people going off plan and it's affected me and I really don't know why. But I'm seriously thinking that I'm going to journal and record food on Mondays but not read anyone's journals for Mondays. At least thru the holidays, as I fear this is only the beginning.

Sandy, your entry on one of my buddies journals today was beautiful and although this buddy seems to be broken down in a lot of ways your kind words must have helped her see some light in her darkness. I understand what you are saying about the energy vampires, we need to protect ourselves so not to get sucked if you know what I mean lol. We need to focus on the positive if we are to heal ourselves and help others. TOWANDA!!!!!!!!
