Again, a reminder I only record dedicated exercise or very physical activity, like yardwork! Worthy of note is that while I've increased the intensity and duration of the exercise I do, I'm burning fewer calories because I'm getting smaller. My decrease in calories taken in has made up for that to some degree, but not completely.

I'm putting this out there just so some individuals who are still early on their journey can see what someone else's journey looks like a few months down the road.

I'm not setting any weight loss records; I'm lucky to average a little over a pound a week, as you can see. It's p-a-i-n-f-u-l-l-y slow some days, but over time, it really does amount to something!

175 2/01/2011 (2/3rds of the way to goal)

Remaining goals are yet to be determined. I want to re-assess my progress after getting thru the holidays so that I'm not setting unrealistic goals for the last third of my weight loss. It's bound to be very, very slow, of that I'm sure.

Today will be Day #3 of no sugar alcohols and no RW (due to its added sugar). Yesterday, again, I altered my meal pattern. I only had a large salad at about 7:30. I got quite hungry just before bed at about 10:30, so I had a hard-boiled egg. I was still hungry, but just went to bed, because I knew my calories and carbs were very much in line. Today's weight is actually 187.2 so I'm solidly in the 187's and knocking on the door of 186; maybe in a couple of days?
