Yesterday we had a calorie dense meal, Peccadillo (500 KCal), a 1/4 wedge of lettuce with dressing, (400 kCal) and mixed vegetables (160 KCal). This brought me close to my 1500 KCal max.
I weigh myself every day but only expect to see changes (pound losses) every 2 to 3 days.
Today I worked on a Potato, cheese soup. Got it down to 160 per eight ounce serving. Had an apple and orange smoothie. Total calories today will be around 750 Kcal.
Got a handle on the evening eating.
Got to go shovel some dirt.
