Not sure what is going on, except I must be binge eating. I have not tracked in a while. I am getting good exercise (mt biking on Thursday, Yard work on Friday, 22 mile bike ride on Saturday, 2 mile foothills hike on Sunday), but am somehow overeating to an extreme degree. I saw it in the mirror yesterday that my belly is getting big again. It is a family trait that I thought I had under control. It was not that long ago I was in the 210 lb area, but the holidays followed by the CV-19 issues seem to have exacerbated my eating. During the lockdown, I did a large landscaping project (by myself) that was quite strenuous (and I thought was giving me good exercise as well). After each work day, I was indeed hungry and probably overate (but was not tracking the cal intake). I am again going to commit to tracking and see where that gets me (If it wasn't for the size of my belly, I would maybe be thinking that I am gaining some good muscle mass, but I see in the mirror that is not the primary issue here).
Hopefully you all are doing better than I.
Best,
JohnnyO
