Min protein intake per day
10 to 35% or 50 to 145 grams of calorie intake per day

My min protein intake per day needs to be 0.8 x 127.27 kgs (280 Lbs) = 101.8 grams

My carb intake per day should be 45 to 65% of my daily calorie intake or 210 to 290 grams

My fat intake per day should be 20 to 35% or 45 to 65 grams per day

Focus on good fats
(Low fat dairy, whole grains, nuts, olive oils)

Saturated fats and trans fats are bad
(Processed foods, high salt, junk food)
