I'm not seeing a lot of loss on the scale right now but I'm down an inch and a half in my waist and another inch on my hips so, I'll take it.
I'm teaching the first class that I've taught since COVID this week and even though it'll be over Zoom and it's a class I've taught 4 other times, I'm nervous about it. But, I didn't let my feelings cause me to stress eat. And I've been pretty faithful with the workouts.
I count the small victories.

Thank you, Moopie! 🌹 I think I started hyper focusing on a number and not seeing it made me feel like things weren't working. Taking my measurements reminded me of exactly what you said. The scale doesn't tell the whole story. ❤️
