Guys, I had a much better day today! Got some things done in the house but also managed some time just relaxing. We got Domino's for dinner, which meant 0 effort from me!
Tonight I even tried a 10 minute workout video! Ok, so I was woeful and managed about 5 minutes activity out of it, but I am proud of myself for trying and I am keen to keep trying it and see myself improve. So that's exciting!
I also got my 2k steps goal with a bit of effort at 2345!
Unfortunately I am still eating too many calories, but I am pleased to be making tiny steps in the right direction.
