Just curious about what you all are doing in your quest for weight loss. low carb, calories, exercise, intermittent fasting?

I do a type of IF, similar but not quite the same as the 5:2, kind of like alternate day fasting lol. My body burns an average of about 2100 calories /day supposedly, so my weekly numbers look like this: ~1800 ~2300 ~600 ~1800 ~2300 ~600 ~1800 I feel great, the weight is falling off, I'm eating healthy foods, and most days I have to intentionally eat more in the evening in order to not be under my goal numbers. And I rarely feel hungry, just a tiny bit every once in a while, but it's always very minimal and goes away quickly

I try to stay under 1500 calories a day. High protein, low carb and a lot of water.

Everyone has different results due to variables: age, sex, health, physical limitations etc. My Wife and I been intermittent fasting for a little over a 1 year, combined with FS calorie counting and healthy eating. We eat more veggies than meat for sure. Haven’t had red meat in over a year. Maybe 3 times a month we eat meat. No processed or sugar except on treat days.
