Happy Sunday - Day 2: So far, so good. No insulin for two nights. Fasting BG 99 yesterday am and 133 this morning. I’m going to attribute the higher BG to my not having the best dinner last night given my carb in take earlier in the day. Need to work on my meal planning so that I “spread out” the carbs. I feel ok... a little irritable but hopefully that will subside as the day progresses.
61.7 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
