Who does OMAD on here? I am thinking about trying it and wanted to see how it was going with those of you who do it. How much have you lost and in what time frame? What do you like about it? What do you not like? What do you normally eat for your meal? Just general info. I read some articles online but I would much rather talk to you on here than read what someone says who has never actually tried it. Thanks for any info on this!!

I typically do two meals a day. I like it because I can eat more food at one time plus once I start snacks they never end so just not snacking at all is easier for me.

I am a huge snacker, not because I’m always hungry but just because I’m aggravated at work and bored! So I think just not eating during the day will help me reset my mindset on food.
