Have really been "starving" lately, made some more steel cut oats for the week and have not eaten breakfast until afternoon. Trying to eat supper later as well. still getting in at least 3 quarts of liquid Legs are no longer swelling and that's a good thing. Getting to bed earlier than 3 a.m. LOL and still sleeping late but wake up feeling good most mornings. Haven't lost any weight last few days but probably need more exercise.
