♥️♥️💪💛💜💚 I did what I could today friend. I know tomorrow is our rest day, but I’m hoping to go all in because of not being able to go hard yesterday and today.  

It ok not to push yourself everyday, I certainly did not for the past couple days. I wasn't going 100%, but instead like 75%. Still getting a good burn, but taking it easy😁👍🏼 Maybe take today off so you can refuel and go hard tomorrow? Whatever you do, hope you have a good day😊💛💛
