I feel emotionally better today. I think getting it all out and dealing with it has helped. Plus I had avoided coming on here for a month because I didnt want to deal with weighing in. I had fallen so far off the waggon, I just didn't want to know how bad it was. I weighed in and have LOST 6 pounds since June. So now I actually don't feel so guilty. I feel more motivated to try now that the helpless feeling has lifted.
