Last night's workout was really good, but I really need to be a little more strict when it comes to core work. I hate core work.
I made a FANTASTIC split pea soup again yesterday, which i had for today's lunch. I ran to the grocery store during lunch break and picked up some fresh strawberries and sugar snap peas for snacking during the afternoons here. This place is BAD for food. On Friday we had 'treat' day, meeting leftovers, chinese food, and leftover birthday cake. Today there were two pies, half of some sort of mousse cake and half of a whipped cream something in the kitchen. This happens here a LOT.
