We had a good day today making Italian Giardiniera. I have been wanting to make this fermented recipe for a couple of years after I had some that was not to my liking. It was preserved in soy oil. This is amazing! This should be ready in one week to put into smaller jars and put in the refrigerator. I can't wait!
