Our 14 day induction is over, and I am delighted to say my weight loss is 6 lb! My husband has lost 11.5 lb and now he is lighter than me, despite him being 11 inches taller :( lol.

He has been a real source of support and says he's never ate so well - I must admit, I have tried to make each meal 'special' as I needed him to stay positive regarding the diet.

I know it was a little off schedule, but 4 days ago he was suffering from lack of fruit. As he was doing so well losing, we had a look at the carb content of fruit and he settled for a small peach a day at 6.5 net carbs which didn't seem all that bad. He was warned though, that if his weight stated to go up, he would have to go back to being on Induction. But he kept on losing and the one peach a day settled him. Last night he couldn't finish his salad, which is unusual as he was conditioned as a child to eat everything on his plate.

I am not ready to move from Induction, but I think he is, so he is going to be my guinea pig. I've explained OWL to him.
