“Fasting” day meal today was chickpeas, almonds, hummus and a cappuccino. Think I overdid it on my eating day yesterday so I hope the scale is at least maintaining tomorrow when I weigh in. Still definitely have a lot of bloat and water retention from hormone issues around this time.
